Age-date logic

Retirement age becomes a calendar date before duration is measured

A target age is reached on a birth-date anniversary. Fractional half-years are added as six calendar months, avoiding a fixed-day approximation that drifts across leap years.

The planning age is a scenario boundary for horizon analysis. It is not a forecast of lifespan and should be varied in financial or care planning.
