How the calculation works

Multiply BMR by the entered activity factor and add the selected daily energy adjustment for a planning target. Multiply entered BMR by the activity factor to estimate TDEE. Add the signed daily goal adjustment to obtain the intake target, multiply that adjustment by seven for weekly balance, and divide cumulative energy adjustment by 7,700 kcal/kg for the simplified weight-change model.
