INTERNAL LOAD IS PERSONAL

The same workout can create different internal loads and recovery demands

Session-RPE captures how demanding the completed session felt to the athlete. It is useful for monitoring but not a direct measure of tissue damage, glycogen, autonomic state, or injury probability.

The context index is intentionally inspectable. Changing one factor shows its contribution instead of hiding the decision inside a proprietary readiness score.

Can low soreness prove recovery?
