    Why are there only N minus one transfers?

    The first set begins after entry, and each later set requires one movement from the preceding stage, producing one fewer inter-set transfer than sets.

    Does positive slack mean every artist fits?

    No. Aggregate duration can fit while fixed set times overlap; compare the result with the published running order.

    Should entry queue time be part of arrival buffer?

    Yes. Include security, ticket scanning, orientation, lockers, and movement to the first stage.

    Can transfer time be zero?

    Only when consecutive performances use the same place and no meaningful reset or movement is required.

    Why protect an exit buffer?

    It preserves time for final movement, crowd release, shuttle or parking access, and a chosen departure deadline.

    How often should I update the schedule?

    Rerun whenever the timetable, site map, weather, transport, stage priorities, or mobility needs change.
