    Questions about recurring visit plans

    Why enter one-way distance?

    The formula shows the round-trip doubling explicitly so it can be audited.

    Can I use kilometres?

    Yes, if the distance rate is also per kilometre.

    Where does airfare go?

    Use tickets per visit; set distance rate to zero if airfare is not distance-priced.

    What does a positive gap mean?

    The plan exceeds the entered monthly budget by that amount.

    Should ordinary meals be included?

    Only the incremental cost caused by the visit.

    Can visits be fractional?

    No. This model requires whole completed visits.
