A station practice is a circulation problem: athletes must fit simultaneously, groups must move without collisions, and the session clock must count transitions only where they occur.

Ceiling division Group size rounds upward because athletes cannot be split.
Between-round moves Six rounds have five transitions when the session ends after round six.
Capacity test Total simultaneous capacity and rounded group size are checked explicitly.

The default practice moves 24 athletes through six stations for six eight-minute rounds with two-minute transitions.

This synchronized model does not cover staggered starts; create separate waves or use the longest cycle as the master clock.

Does every athlete visit every station?

Only when rounds equal stations and the rotation path covers each station once.
