The model does not diagnose readiness or account for injury type, tissue healing, detraining, medication, competition demands, or session distribution. Why is the starting load modified three times?
The entered reduction, readiness, and symptom values represent distinct user assumptions. They are shown separately so the reduction is auditable.
Does “baseline restored” mean full fitness?
No. It only means the planned AU total reaches the entered pre-break weekly load.
Why cap the progression at baseline?
This page models return to the prior level. A later performance-building block should be planned separately.
