Understanding Swimming Interval Session Calculator

A swim send-off is a clock interval, not rest duration. The swimmer earns only the difference between send-off and target time, and the final repeat does not require waiting for another send-off.

The default session includes ten 100 m repeats on 2:00, targeting 1:40, plus 1,000 m of easy work.

Worked substitution with the default inputs
