Understanding Team Training Load Budget Calculator

The session-RPE method converts exposure and perceived intensity into arbitrary units. It is useful for a transparent weekly budget, provided team averages are not mistaken for individual prescriptions.

Duration × intensity Longer or harder exposures both increase session load.
Participation adjustment Team-budget training exposure is reduced by average attendance or completion.

No. It is a monitoring index created by multiplying session minutes by perceived exertion.

Can I use the roster aggregate for one player?

No. Individual decisions require that player's actual minutes, RPE, health, and context.

Why is match RPE separate?

It preserves the contribution of competition and makes match-congested weeks easier to compare.
