Use sustainable race values

Limitations

The finish projection assumes constant average pace or speed for each leg. It does not model elevation, wind, currents, drafting rules, aid stations, congestion, temperature, mechanical events, fatigue coupling, or penalties. Training and medical decisions require individualized professional guidance.

Why is bike time divided by speed?

Distance divided by km/h gives hours; multiplying by 60 converts the result to minutes.

Are transition times part of the official finish?

Yes. This calculation includes both transitions in the total.

Can I use any race distance?
