Convert deck geometry into board courses, stock lengths, and fasteners

The default is a 16 ft by 12 ft deck using 5.5 in boards, 0.25 in gaps, 16 ft stock, 10% waste, and joists at 16 in on center.

Worked substitution with the default inputs
