Total hours = Σ topic hours + practice quizzes × hours per quiz; weekly demand = total hours ÷ weeks; capacity = days per week × hours per day.

The calculator preserves each topic as a separate workstream, adds deliberate practice, and compares the resulting weekly demand with the stated capacity instead of assuming unlimited evenings.
