Does planned days mean business days?

No. It is planned elapsed hours divided by 24.

Why enter total hub dwell instead of hub count?

Actual hubs have different schedules and dwell. A lane-level total from historical or service evidence avoids pretending every hub is identical.

What belongs in schedule wait?

Known elapsed time caused by dispatch cutoffs, missed same-day connections, or timetable gaps. Uncertain disruption belongs in the allowance instead.

Can this replace carrier tracking?
