    Should the hour value equal my wage?

    No. It is a personal planning weight and can be set to zero when only cash matters.

    Why subtract all travel hours?

    The model treats door-to-door transit as unavailable for in-person time; change the boundary only if both options use the same rule.

    Can Option A and B be different destinations?

    Yes, when both destinations satisfy the same meeting purpose and their local costs are entered consistently.

    Where do lodging and food go?

    Include option-specific amounts in local cost or use the shared-budget calculator for a detailed split.

    What if travel exceeds the visit window?

    The input is rejected because the entered schedule would leave negative usable time.

    Does the lower score mean the better relationship choice?

    No. It identifies the lower entered burden and leaves nonfinancial values to the people involved.
